We are in the process of completing an extensive renovation project at Miami-Dade County’s Amphitheater Holding. Here’s a snapshot of the key work we performed:
- Demolition and Site Preparation: We started with careful demolition work and site preparation, including erecting secure fencing and maintaining it throughout the project.
- Specialized Installations: Our team expertly handled a range of specialized installations:
- Caging, gates, footers, and drinkers.
- Comprehensive electrical and plumbing systems.
- Concrete work, including the installation of high-quality, fiber-enriched concrete with waterproofing agents.
- Structural Enhancements: We focused on enhancing structural integrity and aesthetics:
- Applied WMMR stucco on Masonry Walls, along with a durable two-part urethane primer and paint.
- Filled all Masonry Wall cells with concrete for added strength.
- Metal Work: All metal and caging elements were prefabricated and galvanized to ensure longevity and rust resistance.
- Quality Assurance: Every phase of our work, from concrete installation to metal work, was done in accordance with the provided plans and under the approval of the owner and Architect of Record.
