For Miami-Dade Public School District, Lunacon was awarded the contract for updates and repairs to Southwood Middle School. We provided support during the pre-design phase, and prepared the design documents. In addition to the construction management of the overall project, Lunacon’s self-performed work included the installation of a back flow preventer; new ahus with vfds; installation of a new ventilation system for the kiln; repairing the damaged stage floor; installation of a new security system, and replacement of the exhaust fan.
