This is a completion of a new Post Office on Pine Island Road in Cape Coral, Florida. This comprehensive project involved constructing a 19,375 square-foot facility, along with extensive sitework on a 3.42-acre site. Here’s an overview:

- Site Development: Our work extended to the surrounding site, which features:
- Customer, Employee, and Postal Vehicle Parking.
- Site Lighting and a Water Management Retention System.
- Comprehensive Landscaping.
- Construction Trades and Elements: The project encompassed a wide range of construction tasks:
- Concrete work for foundations, floors, dock, sidewalks, and parking lot curbs.
- Steel framing and metal decking, with modified bitumen roofing.
- Reinforced masonry and glazing for exterior walls, and metal stud interior walls with gypsum board.
- Comprehensive plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communication systems, and CCTV security.
- Special installations like a pit-mounted dock leveler, edge of dock equipment, impact doors, and storefront.
- Interior finishes including lay-in ceiling, hard coat sealer, quartz floor tile, custom retail counters and casework, signage, and painting.
- Extensive Sitework: This included perimeter fencing, earthwork, stormwater management systems, concrete curbs, asphalt pavement, and exterior lighting.
