Our project at Maplewoods ES Main involved a series of renovations and system upgrades to enhance the school’s functionality and safety. The scope of work included:
- Restroom Renovations: We renovated male and female group restrooms in buildings 159 and 160, modernizing the facilities.
- Fire Safety Upgrades: The project included installing new fire sprinklers in several buildings and replacing the fire alarm system across the entire school campus.
- Re-Roofing and Building Repairs: Multiple buildings underwent re-roofing and related repairs, ensuring the longevity and safety of the school structures.
- HVAC System Maintenance: We conducted testing and balancing of the existing HVAC systems to optimize performance and efficiency, specifically in buildings 1, 2, 4, and 5.
- Media Center Renovation: The media center in building 1 was also renovated, updating it to better serve the students’ needs.
