The project required the interior renovation of interior office spaces and exterior shell repairs and replacement such as tuck pointing of masonry, replacement of exterior doors, windows and storefronts, caulking and resealing of joints, roof repairs and site improvements including earthwork and grading, Parking lot repairs. The mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems were also repaired / replaced as required. All work had to meet Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP). Renovation work was completed while the building was occupied during construction.
