The overall project involved the complete renovation effort on the 1st and 2nd fl. of the North Wing at Hangar F. Scope of the project included remodeling of all men’s and women’s restrooms and showers including fixtures, water closets, urinals, partitions, tile, and plumbing. Restrooms on the 1st fl. shall meet all ADA requirements. The Contractor shall replace all ceiling grid/tile, ceiling lighting fixtures, carpeting, paint, and VCT in all areas to include east and west stairwells.
