The overall scope involveed renovation efforts on the 2nd fl. of the north wing of Hangar D general office area, Central Hangar D shop area, Hangar D south wing 1st fl. men’s and women’s restrooms, Hangar R&D 2nd fl. men’s and women’s restrooms, Hangar R 1st fl. men’s and women’s restrooms. Facility work involved replacing ceiling grid/tile, ceiling fixtures, carpeting, and painting all areas to include east and west stairwells identified in the attached drawings to comply with the Facility Excellence Plan. Demolition scope included demolition of interior doors and walls/sheetrock identified in drawings. Additional scope included complete renovation of men’s and women’s restrooms. The facility contains ACM and lead based paint as indicated in the government provided AMIS reports. The scope of work is located in a non-secure area and work will be accomplished during the standard hours established in the contract.
