We work alongside the architect in the preconstruction phase of the project, looking for Value Engineering solutions where feasible. Lunacon has a very skilled estimating team that understands how to bid a GMP, and when we provide a price – we consider it to be just what it’s name means – your Guaranteed Maximum Price. We are not in the business of change orders, our incentive is delivering your project ahead of schedule, which we consistently do on our CM at Risk, and other types of work.
